Long Beach Island {part 2}

Like the day before Kenzie woke up asking to go to the beach right away! :)

We started the day playing and swimming....

An ice cream truck came by the house every 5 minutes....

so we had two cute little girls asking for ice cream pretty much every 5 minutes! :)

After the beach we went back to the beach house for a seafood lunch!  

It was so yummmy! I should of taken a picture of it!  

We had clams, shrimp, mussels, corn on the cob....I'm hungry just thinking of it! :)

After lunch and going back to the beach for a bit, Jeff & I took Kenzie back to Fantasy Island for a little bit since she had so much fun on the rides the night before! :)  

Since I'm preggo, I wasn't allowed on any of the rides! 

I had to laugh when Jeff took Kennie on the teacups....I could barely see Kennie on the ride so it pretty much looked like a grown man riding the teacups by himself! :)

After, we went back to the beach to take some pictures....

Long Beach Island {part 1}

 Last week we went on a little 3 day getaway to Long Beach Island in NJ.  

Jeff's friend rented a beach house for the week and invited us to come and stay with them!
We were so excited...this was Kenzie's first time at the beach (unless you count when she was in my belly and I went to the beaches in Queens!)

She absolutely loved it!  

She asked to go to the beach the minute we pulled in to the beach house but since it was late at night she didn't really get a good feel of the beach until the next morning!  

The house was pretty much right on the beach....it was perfect!

 We played and swam the whole morning and then went in to relax and color with cutie pie Daniella!  

Our friends' daughter is 2 and they had so much fun together!  

 Later we went outside to fly our new princess kites! :)

 After dinner we took the girls to Fantasy Island!
At first Kenzie would not go on any rides she just wanted to "watch Daniella"....

 ...but then she tried the merry-go-round and was hooked.... 

 ...and wanted to go on all the other kiddie rides! :)

4th of July Picnic

A couple weekends ago we went up to Syracuse for my uncle's annual 4th of July picnic!  

Just like every other year we had so much fun! :)  

Kenzie loved their pool (so did mommy!:)  She had a great time swimming around with her arm floaties and noodle!

On Sunday Kenzie & I went to Oneonta to visit Justine & Tatiana....

We took the girls to a nearby pool and they had so much fun! :)  

 The pool at our local high school has open swim everyday in the summer so Kenzie & I went to check it out a few days ago!  We will definitely be spending a lot of time there this summer! :)
