Our little early risers...

this was the scene in our living room at 5:30 this morning.

Luckily (for me) Jo Jo called for "Da Da" this morning and she has daddy wrapped

 around her teeny tiny little finger! :) 

 So daddy was up with her...

and of course she had to run into sissy's room and wake her up too! 

 It has been freeeezing....so when it's time to wait for the bus I bundle little Jo up! :)

 I have grown to love these carts!

Josie is not fun to take into stores but this keeps her happy for a few minutes!

Last week I took Jo to story time for the first time.  

She loved it!

On MLK day Josie had a doctor appt so after we treated the girls to some Chuck E Cheese!

The other day I wanted Jeff to pick up pie crust on his way home from work.

He wanted me to send a picture of what I wanted so as I was holding the box Josie grabs it...so I start to take a picture of Josie with the box and then Makenzie joins the pic!

A few Saturdays ago we had a girls night out at Walmart, McDonalds & Price Chopper! :)

Santa gave Kenzie some play make up in her stocking. She was very excited when I put some on her the other day...

2 Cute Little Kitties!

The other night Makenzie had her kitty hat on pretending she was a kitty.  

And of course little sister had to copy! :)  

I don't think she knew that they were being kitties....she just wanted a hat on like big sister! 

Because whatever big sis does little sis does! :)

 I'm not sure why she had to put the boots on. 

They weren't part of the kitty "game"! :)

15 Months

Jo Jo turned 15 months on the 19th! 

Just a quick little update on our little baby! :)

She is turning into a toddler more everyday...and less like a baby!

She still takes 2 good naps everyday...but will not sleep through the night! Ugh!  

She has turned into an amazing eater!  This girl will eat anything! 

Tuna with relish, tomato soup, any kind of vegetable, beef stew...you name it Jo Jo will eat it! :)  

What a change from last year at this time when she refused to drink from a bottle! Little stinker! 

She still nurses (which I believe is the reason she does not sleep through the night).  She will wake up and when I get up to calm her down she will point to the bed to nurse!  I know she wont nurse too much longer so for now I guess I can go another month or so without sleep!  I've already gone 15 months...what's another month?! :)

She has 4 bottom teeth and 2 teeth on top.  Although I think 2 more teeth are about to make their appearance any day now!  She has been a drooling monster! 

She says "da da" and "ma ma" but she usually calls me "ba ba".  She will say "shh" and put her finger to her mouth and blow kisses by putting her finger in her mouth and then saying "muahhh".  So cute!  

Some of her favorite things: Facetime with Daddy, Baby Einstein, food, blankie, books, cousin Levi, and teasing sissy! :)

She loves to wear sissy's boots around the house! :)  

 This is the face she makes when I ask her to smile :)

 Cute Jo Jo story:
Today she was drinking water out of her sippy cup and some spilled on the floor.  

She ran out of the room and grabbed (a lot) of toilet paper which she brought back to the living room to clean up her mess!  

So cute!!

 I seriously I can't get over how old Makenzie looks here!  

And...speaking of old she will be 5 1/2 next month!!  Whhhaat?

We just love her to pieces!  

 And of course it goes with out saying that we love this little redhead too! :) 

She's a little trouble maker...she teases her big sister all the time!!  

Jeff just said the other day that he does not remember Makenzie being so mischievous at this age!

I think it's the red hair! :)

Makenzie thought it was hilarious that she photobombed this picture! haha! 

 She actually left the bow in for a minute...but within seconds of this picture it was out!

 She loves phones and will always hold it up to her ear and call for "da da".  

So cute!

 ahhhh....I just want to eat her up! 

Josie's 1st Haircut!

Last week Josie got her first haircut!!  

It's funny to think that it took Kenzie 4 years for her first haircut and only 14 months for Josie! 

Makenzie's hair was curly and never in her face...Jo's falls right in her eyes! 

And she refuses to wear any type of bow or clip!! 

So I was sick of seeing our little rag-a-muffin with hair in her eyes so I figured it was time for a cut!

 Sissy got her haircut too!  Unlike JoJo, she was so excited!  Jo cried the entire time!
