On Labor Day we went to our village's annual Labor Day Picnic!
Labor Day is always bittersweet....I love fall but the end of summer is always a little sad!

This day started a little stressful...Kenzie was up from about 4 AM with a painful ear infection.
She woke up crying and without realizing she was sick we put her in bed with us and went to sleep. I woke up with Kenzie saying "ow" in her sleep and grabbing her ear. Poor girl wouldn't stop crying and telling me that she has a boo boo in her ear and she even asked for ice for her booboo! It was so sad. Since it was a holiday her pediatrician and the walk in clinic were closed so we ended up at the ER. So after 4 hours in the ER Kenzie was like a new little girl! We left with antibiotics and ear drops and headed home!

I was very happy to get home and so was Kenzie! She was feeling so much better so we headed for the picnic! Justine & Tati came from Oneonta to spend the day us!
This was Kenzie's first time on a ride! She started out a little nervous but ended up liking it! 
After Jeff came home from work we went back to the picnic for dinner and to show him how Kenzie rides the train!
This time she got right on and enjoyed it! :)
