Happy Turkey Day!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day! We had a very relaxing day with Jeff's family. They brought soooo much food and left all the leftovers with us (Thanks again!!) We had a great day!

Thankful for Makenzie

Jeff & I obviously were always very thankful for our little Makenzie but since Thanksgiving is coming up and the holidays are getting closer we are reminded how thankful we are to have such a happy & healthy beautiful baby girl! Everyday she seems to do something that she couldn't do the day before! I know all moms say this but she is growing so fast! She is now fitting in to some of her 3-6 months which is just another reminder of how big she's getting. It feels like it was just yesterday when size Newborn was too big for her! It's also crazy to think of how much our lives have changed since last Thanksgiving. Last year we went to the Macy's day Parade and went to Fridays for a drink and then headed out to Jersey to have dinner with his family. This year we are looking forward to just staying inside and having Jeff's family over and have a relaxing night inside with our little darling.

Since I am always bugging my sister to update her blog with new pictures I figured I should post some as well! It is so hard to capture Makenzie's smile in a picture! As soon as she sees the camera she gets in some sort of trance and just gives me that adorable blank stare of hers. I finally did get some cute pics of her smiling though! I love her neck rolls!

2 things...#1 Makenzie had a check up today. She is now 12.9 lbs! And we learned she has a cold. We didn't even know until the doctor told us! #2 Makenzie giggled for the 1st time! It's more like a grunt but it's so cute!

3 Months!

Today our little princess is 3 months old. I can't believe 3 months have gone by this fast...which means I am back to work! :( My first day was Monday & I can't express how much I miss her when I'm gone! I counted down the hours at work and at 4:45 I stopped doing work, at 4:50 I was packing up and at 4:55 I made sure I was out the door! I was even that annoying person that no one likes who squeezes herself into the last possible inch left on an already crowded train. I just avoided eye contact and pushed my way on to the train. Yes I had to endure a smelly guy's armpit in my face the whole ride but it was worth getting home a little quicker to see my baby!
