Potty!

Guess who used the potty for the first time last week?!?
This girl....
Yes, she did!
My little baby girl goes pee pee on the potty!
18 months old.
She is FAR from potty trained though...
in fact I haven't even started really training her yet,
but she will go pee pee most of the time when she sits on the toilet!
No poo poo yet.
She will usually "tell" me she needs to go to the bathroom by touching her diaper.
(but usually it's a little too late!:)
Seeing this little thing sit on the big toilet has to one of the cutest things ever.  :)

New Jersey

A few weekends ago we traveled down to NJ for a weekend with Jeff's family
to celebrate our nephew Drake's 4th birthday...

This one barely slept in the car...
she was too busy eating her toes! :)
The girls had lot of fun playing with Abuela, Tia & Drake! :)

This was also the first really nice weekend of spring
so we enjoyed some outside time while we were there too!

I couldn't get Drake to look at the camera...
this was the best I could do! :)
When we were leaving Makenzie wrote this little note! :)
Jo Jo trying to pass the time in the car playing peek-a-boo! :)

Easter!

A day or so before Easter Makenzie told me
"Easter is not all about the Easter bunny & eggs...it's about Jesus!"
It makes me happy to know that at 5 she knows that candy, eggs and the Easter bunny are fun but it's not the true reason we celebrate Easter!

This year Kenzie woke up pretty early....she was excited to see her basket!
Jo had no idea what was going on but she was very excited to see her Elmo "mel-mo" balloon!

Kennie's new Bella Sara dvd....
Going through big sister's candy :)
I love this face..she does it all the time!!

Finding the eggs the Easter bunny hid...

Looking at Jo's new Baby Einstein books...
Silly little things...

All pretty and ready for church!!

I LOVE this pic!
She's just too pretty. I can't take it! :)
The weather was beautiful so we went outside after church to take some pictures...

Then we went to my brother's house in Syracuse for the day.....
Easter egg hunt....

Even Jo Jo found some eggs!

 Uncle Scott helping Josie :)
And then the tackling started...   :)

and this little red head stayed far away from the rough housing! :)
