On the Monday before Kenzie's birthday we took the girls to Cascades..an indoor water park nearby!
A month or so ago we gave Kenzie the option of either a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese or a trip to the water park. I was surprised when she answered "water park" with out hesitation!
This is our first time at this place...
The girls had a blast!
The height requirement for most of the slides is 42" and Kenzie is 41.5" ....
Jeff called the day before and asked if it would be an issue, luckily the manager on duty said it will be fine!
While we were there they lifeguards measured Kennie and I think was about to say that she's too small, so I quickly told them the manager said it was ok!
And that they said "Oh ok....go ahead!"
Phew! Otherwise Kenzie would be in the kiddie area with Josie the entire time! :)
This was Josie's favorite slide....
she must have gone down it 100 times!
By the end of the day I really thought Josie was going to fall asleep in the water.
Baby girl was exhausted!
Near the end she was a machine...she went up and down the pink slide over and over again...
with a far out, dazed look and without smiling! :)
She was sleeping within 2 mintues in the car...we hadn't even left the parking lot!
Kenzie had a great time! She is still talking about it! :)
