We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! My weekend started on Friday since I did not have to work! :) On Friday we took care of all the food shopping, laundry, and cleaning so we could relax and enjoy the weekend! :) It was a gorgeous weekend....maybe a little hot but I will take the heat around this time of year b/c I know in NY this time can also be very chilly still!
On Saturday Abbie had her 2nd birthday party! She had an Elmo theme....we all had a great time!
On Saturday night Jeff's family came up from New Jersey! Kenzie was sleeping when they arrived so she was very happy to wake up to Abuela, Titi, Tia & baby Drake!
Kenzie had a great weekend with Jeff's family! They kept her entertained the entire time! Even now she still asks for Titi (she calls both of Jeff's sisters this) and A-La (That what Abuela sounds like when she says it!)!
Kenzie loved helping Tia take care of Drake! She ran to get him a binkie if he started to cry and wanted to help give him bottle! It was too cute! She wasn't even jealous when I held him!
After the parade Jeff's family left...we let Kenzie take a nap and then headed over to a nearby lake for a day of fun in the sun! :) This was Kenzie's first time at a big body of water so we had no idea what she would do. She was a little timid at first....she chose to play with the sand instead of the water at first but after we ate lunch she asked for "wa wa" and loved it! She was a little angry when we had to leave! I'm excited for more trips to lake soon....and next time I will definitely take pictures!

She is so beautiful. We had a great time and Baby Drake appreciate how helpful cousin Kenzie was. Cannot wait to see you guys again (either here or in up by you)
